How the website contact form works

The current website does not submit the contact form to a BoChain database or website server. The form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device and opens WhatsApp so that you can review and choose whether to send it. WhatsApp processes information according to its own privacy terms.

How we use information

Information you send may be used to review your requirement, communicate with you, coordinate requested services, prepare quotations, follow a project and meet reasonable legal or operational obligations.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal information. Project information may be shared only with relevant suppliers, warehouses, carriers or service providers when reasonably needed to review or perform the service you request. We retain business communications only for as long as reasonably required for the project, records, dispute handling or applicable legal obligations.
